Ser pastor é ser humilde a Palavra de Deus, Firme na fé, paciente com a noiva do Senhor. Ser pastor não é querer tomar o lugar de Deus e querer menosprezar Os menos esclarecidos no que tange o conhecimento da vida e da Palavra. Ser pastor não é subir ao púlpito Ou ficar atrás de uma mesa exigindo que suas ovelhas ajoelham-se os seus pés Para demonstrar a sua autoridade. Ser pastor é olhar para Jesus, é respeitar o seu semelhante... Sem acepção.
